These Terms & Conditions ("Agreement", "Terms") constitute a legally binding contract between you ("Player", "User", "you") and babu999 ("babu999", "the Platform", "we", "us", "our"), the operator of the online gaming platform accessible at babu999.club. Players using the babu999 platform must conduct themselves in a lawful, honest, and respectful manner at all times. The following activities are strictly prohibited and constitute a material breach of this Agreement:

• Registering more than one account on babu999, or attempting to register following a permanent suspension.
• Providing false, inaccurate, or misleading information during registration, identity verification, or support communications.
• Using automated software, bots, scripts, or artificial intelligence tools to interact with games or betting markets in a manner that gives an unfair advantage.
• Exploiting software vulnerabilities, bugs, or errors in the platform to generate unauthorised credits or game outcomes.
• Engaging in any form of money laundering, including depositing funds derived from illegal activity or structuring deposits to avoid detection thresholds.
• Attempting to charge back, reverse, or dispute legitimate payment transactions with your payment provider after receiving game credit.
• Sharing, selling, or transferring your babu999 account or Login credentials to any third party.
• Using the babu999 platform for any commercial purpose, including operating a betting syndicate or providing access to other individuals on a commercial basis.
• Harassing, threatening, or abusing babu999 support staff or other platform users in any communication channel.

babu999 monitors all account activity for signs of prohibited conduct using automated detection systems supplemented by manual review. Where prohibited conduct is identified, babu999 will take appropriate action as described in Section 8 below.

babu999 reserves the right to suspend, restrict, or permanently close any player account at its sole discretion and without prior notice in the following circumstances:

• Reasonable suspicion of fraudulent activity, money laundering, or account compromise.
• Receipt of a chargeback or payment reversal instruction from a payment provider.

• Decisions made by third-party game providers or sporting bodies that affect the outcome of games or betting markets.
• Delays in payment processing caused by your payment provider (e.g., bKash, Nagad, Rocket, bank transfer counterparties).

babu999's total aggregate liability to any individual player for any claim arising under or in connection with this Agreement shall not exceed the total value of real-money deposits made by that player in the 30-day period immediately preceding the event giving rise to the claim.

Nothing in this Agreement excludes liability for fraud, wilful misconduct, or any other liability that cannot be excluded by law.

babu999 reserves the right to revise, update, or replace these Terms & Conditions at any time and for any reason, including but not limited to changes in applicable law or regulation, changes to the platform's features or payment infrastructure, or updates to responsible gaming obligations.

When material changes are made to these Terms, babu999 will endeavour to notify registered players via the email address associated with their account at least seven (7) days before the revised Terms take effect. For minor or non-material changes, the revised Terms may be posted on babu999.club without advance notice.

The "Last Updated" date displayed at the top of this page reflects the date on which the most recent revision was published. Continuing to use the babu999 platform — including completing the babu999 Login process — after a revision has taken effect constitutes your acceptance of the updated Terms. If you do not accept the revised Terms, you must stop using the platform and request account closure by contacting [email protected].

Archived versions of previous Terms & Conditions are available on request by contacting the babu999 support team. All disputes arising from activity that took place before a revision took effect will be governed by the version of the Terms that was in force at the time of the relevant activity.
